MCA WHO STOLE 4.5M BURSARY FUNDS GOES UNPUNISHED
Kitusuru ward MCA, Alvin Olando Early this month, a whistle was blown about theft of money meant to aide in the education of the poor, needy and less fortunate Children in Kitusuru ward, Nairobi County. Save it that the MCA Hon. Alvin Palapala Olando(pictured above) is alleged to have conspired with other MCAs to divert upto 4.5 million bursary funds to personal accounts, leaving the needy families with no option but to keep their children at home for lack of school fees. This was protested by Nairobi leaders including Senator Millicent Omanga who called for the immediate arrest of the unscrupulous MCAs. It is surprising that since this information came out,now 2 weeks ago,no arrests have been made,,,no statement has been issued by the relevant agencies about any effort to bring the suspects to book.
